      <description>&lt;P&gt;Been a while since I having issue with this one. Using Windows 11 25H2 on my Acer Nitro AN515-57. From the beginning, I had problems with connecting sound devices via bluetooth (headphones, speaker, mic), all of the connected devices showing as a "HandsFree device" in settings with terrible sound without additional settings. Tried to use "native" drivers from acer site, tried to be up to date from intel site, nothing helps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for help! Have a good day!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Clean Reinstallation of the Bluetooth Driver&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Open Device Manager → Bluetooth&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Right‑click the Bluetooth adapter → Uninstall device&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Check and delete the driver software for this device (if available)&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Restart the system&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Install the latest Bluetooth driver from the OEM website (preferred) or Intel®&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am attaching the image below.
