Hi

I'm using a Dell with the system model: Latitude 5300

The OS is Windows 10 home

I've been using this for a while but never saw anything wrong with it until 3 hours ago, I lost my wireless connection

When I check the drivers, the Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz seems to be broken

These are the properties:

This device cannot start. (Code 10)

{Operation Failed}
The requested operation was unsuccessful.

I tried some solutions like changing the BIOS and updating the drivers to the newest version but nothing seems to work.

Can you help me with this ?

Thank you
