I recently used the Intel driver manager to install the latest drivers which was version 24 onto my windows 11 pc. The first installation was incomplete. Upon revisiting the process to update my drivers my mouse and keyboard went unresponsive. Shortly thereafter my machine restarted. After a few attempts I was able to install the Bluetooth portion of the update however the crash and restart issues is still ongoing. I have not made any changes to my PC recently except for this intel driver update. My Bluetooth connectivity had one issue prior to this but it was only with one device, the JBL charge 5 Bluetooth speaker. I attempted to updated my br driver due to the fact that I cannot pair my JBL charge 5 speaker with my windows 11 device despite succesful connections to several Bluetooth devices.
Oddly enough there seems to be a certain amount of time for the crash and restart. Prior to the crash and restart I am able to use my input devices which are a Logitech anywhere mouse and an onn wireless keyboard, each with respective usb dongles. Right before the crash they will both go unresponsive. There are times where my PC doesn't automatically restart and freezes at the current screen. At this point I have to force a shut down with my power button. After several tries I was able to rollback the driver from ver 24 to ver 22, but the crash and restart continues. The latter BT version is OEM from Bosgame. the OEM Bluetooth drivers. If you could help me figure out what is going on in my environment it would be greatly appreciated. My system information is below.

Thanks in advance,
guiltySpark

I have Intel wireless module x210 . Prior to this attempted update, I had BT driver ver. 22.25.0.2 running on a Bosgame Effizen series win 11 pro mini-pc, AMD Ryzen 7 chipset, 32 GB RAM. .
