Intel Wireless Bluetooth Driver 24.50.0.4 missing AX211 chipset

The new Intel Bluetooth Wireless Driver 24.50.0.4 is missing AX211 chipset IDs (VID_8086&PID_0033). So drivers are stuck on 24.40.10.3

I've been having minor bluetooth issues so I reset my PC and now bluetooth is very unstable. Most times I have to reboot to get audio to pipe thru to the bluetooth headsets. Bluetooth Support Service sometimes fails to stop when trying to restart it (so I end up rebooting anyways).

Was hoping to upgrade drivers to see if that helps but the latest drivers seems to be missing hardware IDs for the AX211 chipset.

Laptop is Dell Pro Max 16 MC16250.

Regarding the Bluetooth driver version 24.50.0.4, there is no issue with your system if it's showing showing 24.40.10.3 after installation. Please note that 24.50.0 refers to the driver package version, which is the latest package available. In your case, if the installation is completed successfully, the system should display Bluetooth driver version 24.40.10.3.

Additionally, since you're using a laptop, we generally recommend utilizing the drivers from the system manufacturer as this is already altered and customized by your OEM to ensure full compatibility with your device.

Please try to follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.

1. Download the latest OEM Bluetooth driver version 23.160.0.9, A49

2. Perform a clean installation

3. Check for pending Windows update

4. Update the BIOS to latest version 1.15.0, if not up to date

If the issue persists after performing the steps above, kindly share the information below for further investigation.

Before the PC reset, can you recall the Bluetooth driver version?
Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed in your system, or have you changed/installed a new adapter recently?
Can you describe the Bluetooth instability in more detail?
Are you seeing any specific error message?
After rebooting, does Bluetooth work normally for a period of time before becoming unstable again, or is it unstable immediately from startup?

Removed ALL driver versions except the one provided by Dell and it seems to work fine now.

I was able to do that by going into devmgmt.msc and select View -> Drivers by type and delete all Bluetooth drivers except the Dell version.

There was a dozen different versions in there. Each version has multiple copies which I think is for the different chipsets (hardware IDs) they need to support. So confusing...
