    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi pradeep,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That sounds like the Intel(R) Proset software is not detecting the hardware correctly. A complete reinstall of Intel Proset and the drivers might fix this behavior.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We higly recommend using the set of drivers provided by the computer manufacturer for such cases.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Do you even see it listed on device manager?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Can you actually see any networks (Under Intel Proset software) if you press the  "Scan for networks" option?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may want to talk to Lenovo* for a warranty  replacement if none of that works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyhow, hope that helps a bit!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
