Power cycle: Shutdown, disconnect all power (including battery), restart system. However, it seems that your particular issue is different from the one presented by Crakehall. If that is the case it is better to continue in the thread you created.

I just paired two different cell phones to the computer with no problem and transferred a picture with one of them. The Intel® NUC has the same wireless adapter model.

I believe that the device you are trying to pair (showing driver error in the screenshot above) should be trying to install a driver in Device Manager and that driver may provide more information about the issue.

I am sorry for this issue.

Just to verify we are on the same page, the Intel® Proset version 16.10 you mentioned above is for WiFi connectivity. Some of the Intel® Dual Band Wireless-N 7260 adapters do not include Bluetooth* capability; therefore, our first suggestion is to get the Bluetooth* software directly from your system manufacturer. In case the Intel® wireless adapter itself includes the Bluetooth component we recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version available in the link below.

http://www.intel.com/support/wireless/wtech/proset-ws/sb/CS-034060.htm Intel PROSet/Wireless Software; Intel PROSet/Wireless Software for Bluetooth technology

https://www-ssl.intel.com/content/www/us/en/wireless-products/wireless-product-selection-guide.html Intel® Wireless Product Selection Guide

We are also investigating similar behaviors; we expect a software release for those reported issues which will be announced as soon as it becomes available.

Message was edited by: Joe

Hi,

I'm using a Dell Inspiron 7537 with Intel Dualband N 7260 wifi card.

I'm facing problem to use the bluetooth, like unable to pair with bluetooth devices, devices get paired but with driver error mark, tried generic windows driver and also latest driver from Intel site.

I dont understand why intel or Dell use such cheap products in high end laptops.

Not only bluetooth but also the wifi on this 7260 cards is headache....some time it feels like i should throw this intel card to thrash bin and get a good quality Atheros card.

This code 43 issue was solved by installing the latest Intel® Bluetooth software and then power cycling the computer; power needs to be removed from the system after shutdown.
