Assembly Instruction Information

I'm trying to figure out how to get executioninformation on individual assembly instructions using vTune to analyze hotspots. I have read that it's possible to extract information on each assembly instruction such as minimum decoding time, maximum, effective, dynamic penalties etc. Does anyone know?

Hi,

If you use VTune Amplifier XE 2011'sHotspot Analysis, Concurrent Analysis and LocksAndWaits Analysis, reports can display total execution time on each assembly instructionfor related source line - but the tool never provide info such as decoding time, penalty, etc.
