Bandwidth analysis on a Sandy Bridge Xeon doesn't work

I am having difficulties using the bandwidth analysis option of VTune Amplifier XE 2013 on my Sandy Bridge Xeon E5-1650 CPU. If I check the "Analyze Bandwidth" checkbox when doing a VTune run (e.g. when doing General Exploration), the resulting bandwidth graph will be empty and VTune will show 0 as the bandwidth. The dedicated bandwidth analysis behaves similarly, failing to report any bandwidth figures. I am running VTune under Visual Studio 2013.

Is there something I need to configure or enable for bandwidth analysis to work correctly?

Here's a screenshot of a Bandwidth analysis that behaves in this manner.

Hello,

This is a known issue and the fix is currently available in VTune Amplifier XE 2015 Beta and will be available since the next VTune Amplifier XE 2013 Update.
