If your VTune release version is upgraded to 2024.0, please check if VTune driver is ready using below command:

Driverless mode also depends on PMU. VTune first checks if the CPU PMU is recognized except that you use user-mode instead of hardware event-based mode.

BTW, if you want to enable driverless mode, please check the below file nodes.
