Changing help window color format.

This post is similar to one that I posted a day ago, but was not yet answered. I am showing two graphics that demonstrate the problem.

I need to change the help window color format so I can at least read the help messages. Rigt now I cannot. The dark blue letterson black background makes it just too hard.

The same is true for the viewpoints drop down window

How do i change the format?

Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.

There is no way to change color format of helper window. In my side, it shows light-ink color for background.

Is it possible that you can change something in color management in the system? Or your device driver used is not correct for DISPLAY?
