The software I'm using can generate different arguments each run which causes trouble running a survey and following it with trip-count (or any other analysis).
Is there a way I could get around this?

Hi sorry for the late reply. I've been able to work around it using the --ignore-app-mismatch flag.
Thanks a lot for your response!

Please keep in mind that your results could be inconsistent. Tripcounts collection uses Survey as a base. If behavior of you app changes from run to run the results could be odd
