Exporting 'Over-Time' View data to a file

Would like to know if there is a way to dump the 'over-time' view data out to a file. I'm able to view it, but when I bring up the export dialog, the 'Export what' menu has no entries and VTune barfs (jvm throws up a InValidArgument exception) if I go through.

Can I do this somehow using the commandline?
