Hi,

Thank you for reaching out. Please carry out the below checks

1.  Ensure you’d followed the steps mentioned in the link: https://software.intel.com/content/www/us/en/develop/documentation/vtune-help/top/set-up-analysis-ta...

2. Ensure the drivers are installed and loaded correctly.

3. If you are still facing issues after following the above link, please share the error log along with version of vtune you are using.

I can say that the kernel is the same version and we will not use this part for the moment.
