Hello,
I have a question about compiling Fortran codes. Is there any compiler that we can use to compile these codes( on windoes )? ( or is there any extension for visual studio to compile these? )

There's an entire companion forum devoted to Intel's Fortran compiler for Visual Studio. It's included, along with Amplifier and others, in the full version of Parallel Studio, as well as being a best seller as a separate product.
Other commercial Fortran compilers also plug into VS. The mingw gfortran works in Windows but compatibility with VS is a long term project.
