Huge Problems, Need Restore - No Disks

This computer is kinda old, and has MANY problems with it. I cant find the manual or the System Restore disks, so i dont know how to fix this comp.

Is there a way to restore everything to System defaults withought all the CD's and such?

Help would be GREATLY appreciated.
