Intel VTune Amplifier XE 2011 Update 10 experienced an unexpected error.

Hi,
I installed VTune 2011 update 10 for launch hardware event-base sampling tests. I have not had any problems after installation, i did several test ( general, memory acces, ligthweight hotspots ..).
but this morning i can't run any tests, i have this message : Intel VTune Amplifier XE 2011 Update 10 experienced an unexpected error.

It is a common error on Win OS platform.Exception trap frame should contain saved context and by looking at address it seems that faulting IP is located inside NTDLL module.Can you post at least failed process dump?

Please click "Send Report" button to help of investigating...also try latest Update 12 to verify if the probelm persists on.

Actually there are two access violation errors and it is hard to see if both of them are related to each other or are are they a consequence of each other.
