Is there any VTune version that supports for Intel PXA25x/PXA26x Applications Processors running arm-linux.

OK. Here's the scoop from the project manager:

VTune analyzer supports PXALinux (an Intel version) and MontaVista Linux CEE 3.0 on PXA25x/PXA26x/PXA27x. We dont support arm-linux.
