License issue

I have installed Intel C++ Studio XE for Windows

I have a valid serial number expiring April 01, 2015

When I try to activate the product in Intel Software Manager, I get an invalid serial number error

I have browse the support site, but could not find anything related

Do you have a clue what may be ging wrong ?

I have contacted someone to check on the status of your license and help you out with this, you should be hearing from her directly on this.

Hi,

I have received support from the local reseller

Apparently we have to install the Intel license manager (that was not required before)

We will try that today and let you know the result

With the support of the local distributor, I was able to install the Intel license server and use the tool
