Hi,

I am evaluating which license is suitable for me to purchase.

Could you please explain about the difference of 3 license type?

  • Product with Priority Support
  • Priority Support Renewal
  • Product Upgrade with Priority Support

You may wish to read this FAQ.

If you are purchasing the product for the first time, you want to just purchase the product with priority support. Renewal is for extending support on a product you already own. Upgrade is for replacing a product with another one.
