Openvino People counter solution shows slow performance

Hi,

I am using 4MP IP Camera(via RTSP) to test the People counter solution in real-time using OpenVINO. The output is close to a minute slower. Can you please help me with a resolution to make the ouput faster

Spec:

OS: Ubuntu 16.04

Python: 3.5.4

Processor: i3 -8th Gen
