PC for Register spilling?

Hello,

Can anyone recommend a performance counter (PC) for measuring register spilling? or otherwise point me to the documentation where all the performance counters are indexed and documented?

Please go C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\VTune Amplifier XE 2013\documentation\en\help to find reference_olh.chm, which gives all support eventd for different processors.
