Problem with vTune9.0.016

Hi. I have downloaded vTune9.0.016 but I can't manage to measure performance of my application on Celeron processor. What should I do to get it work?

1)Can't use Conter Monitor
"Failed to Run Activity" messegae with come out and won't start.

2)Sampling Can't collect Clockticks
"No samples were collected" message will come out if I click Clockticks icon after I ran Sampling Test. After the message vTune will die.

3)vTune installer will came out evey time I reboot my PC.
vTune installer will came out evey time I reboot PC and it will finish automatically but takes while to finish.

My PC spec
Celeron CPU 540 1.86GHz
Windows Vista Home Premium

I can help you regarding the item 3:

to stop Windows Installerrepairing VTune every reboot (and in some other cases) just create a text file "CompAnchor.txt" with any content in the VTune product folder (typically "C:Program FilesIntelVTune").

re: 2, is this a laptop? Most laptops don't enable the APIC and, thus, disable sampling.
