Driver tbs.sys( Product 6.0 File Version 5.1.0.0 ), Intel VTune 7.1 for Windows XP, hase the following bug:
It calls ExCreateCallback at IRQL>DISPATCH_LEVEL, this is result in BSOD with error IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, this is call stack
