just got the software. Tried to simply perform a hotspot analysis on common programs like notepad, firefox etc. just for tutorial purpose. The analysis completed finilization successfully but most of the time data display failed with . Debug message reads < invalid="" format="">.
If I play around with country and languages settings (like choosing "." instread of ";" as a decimal separator) it happens that I'm getting valid data every now and then. But I cannot repeat this behavior reliably, so this might be a weak hint, anyway.
Of course, I work with admin rights and I'vo got the same behavior on different machines (XP/32bit, Win7/64bit). Other analyses seem to work alright. But I didn't dig into too deep right now.
Any suggestions? Did I miss some handling issues?
