VTune errors on latest W11

I didn't get such errors when I used Windows 11 before. I'm using latest W11 (pro / stable version) with 8700K processor.

 

virtualization tech and vt-d is disabled from BIOS also window's core isolation disabled too. intel oneapi toolkit (vtune, advisor and others) and visual studio 2022 pro is latest version.

 

Is that normal?
