What VTune events for collecting L2HIT, L2MISS, L3MISS, L3HIT etc data like PCM ?

Hi,

I'm using VTune Amplifier 2013, How can I get the below data from VTune ? What events I have to use to collect the below data including the read and write of memory controller ? Below is the sample output of PCM. Please suggest.

Core (SKT) | EXEC | IPC  | FREQ  | AFREQ | L3MISS | L2MISS | L3HIT | L2HIT | L3CLK | L2CLK  | READ  | WRITE | TEMP
