No, VTune 9 doesn't support Windows 2000. If you are currently registered for support of VTune, your current license should permit you to use any earlier version available at registrationcenter.intel.com or at premier.intel.com. If you require an earlier version than those, you could file a request on your premier.intel.com account. Unfortunately, Intel has had a general prohibition on internal use of Windows 2000 for more than a year.
