vtune amplifier xe 2015 update 4 windows download broken

Can't seem to download VTune Amplifier XE 2015 Update 4 for Windows. The download stops at 12MB. Tried multiple browsers and the download manager. This used to work. Any ideas?

Hi Brandon:

I just successfully downloaded it, but I can only test it from inside Intel (no pun intended ;).

Anyone else having this problem?

Also, Brandon, what country are you attempting to download it from?  Historically, there have been issues with slowness in the Asia Pacific area.

Interesting, just tried from another computer and it seems to be working. Not sure what the cause of that could be, but at least I have a workaround now. Thanks.

Firewall settings?  Had you ever downloaded on that system before?

Yeah, I even just downloaded the Beta 2 of Parallel Studio yesterday. Something about that one VTune download I guess.
