vtune crashing

Folks,

I'm seeing VTune crash every time the profiled application exits, no matter how simple that application. These are .NET programs. The crash details are

I'm on Vista, with a machine that has a supported CPU and enough RAM and disk according to the System Requirements document. Any ideas?
