Error running host program fpga_dma_test

I am following instructions to do the following exercise.

I am able to follow and execute instructions until compiling the host program but when I try to run the host executable I get the following error.

Error fpgaDmaOpen: no memory

Error fpgaDmaClose: invalid parameter

Have you loaded your AFU image.
