Hello Sir/Madam,
I am using Intel PAC Arria10gx , we bought a fiberstoreQSFP+ BREAKOUT cable from https://www.fs.com/au/products/40332.html.
The issue was when we plug the QSFP+ module into Intel PAC ,the server restsart and I have noticed there was a red light in turning on.
is that cable compatable with Intel QSFP+ interface?
thanks
jim

The QSFP cable you used is not supported. Please refer to https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/ds/ds-pac-a10.pdf Table 1 for the supported QSFP cable.

Hi,
The cable that you are using is shorter than we tested. It should be working but just not validated.
May I know if you plug it in before power up? May I know which red light is turning on?

Hi,
You can expect both 3meter and 1 meter is the same as it has been verified on the Arria 10 PAC card. Please try with the verified cable mention in our user guide.
