I'm debug engineer from Jabil circuit looking for info's on ALTERA FPGA -5SGXEA5K3F40C2N failure. Currently encountered 1pc fail at customer system so the failure part return to Jabil and preliminary investigation found failure follow component.

#Customize test found fail parameters bad count value should be (0) but notice the defective component failed Parameters bad count value are (47070 ~ 26060). Checked on board schematic the faulty part used on GX processing and transceiver functional block.
