Ray RossiRay Rossi is the director of external tax affairs for Intel Corporation. In his 25-year career at Intel, he has been responsible for site selection negotiations, participation in trade groups and interactions with state, local and federal government officials and representatives. He has been a frequent speaker on diverse tax policy topics. Ray previously held corporate tax research and planning positions at Atari and Bank of America, and began his career as an international tax law specialist at the Internal Revenue Service national office in Washington, DC.

Ray is a member of the California Franchise Tax Board Advisory Committee. He has served as the chairperson of numerous tax committees, including the Tax Executives Institute (TEI) International Tax Committee, the TechAmerica (formerly American Electronics Association) Federal and California Tax Committees and the California Manufacturers and Technology Association Tax Committee. He has also served as international president of TEI, the nation’s premier corporate tax professional association, and as a member of the San Jose Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Ray received an undergraduate business degree from San Jose State University and a J.D. degree from the University of California School of Law, Davis.
