Can you provide the Windows version OpenGL ES 3.0/3.1 related resources? The resources should include libEGL.lib, libGLESv2.lib, header files and sample code. I am developing graphics app for embeded devices based on OpenGL ES 3.0, but I want to debug the code on PC.
My notebook has a Intel CORE i5 7200u installed, with HD620 graphics card which support OpenGL 4.5 & DX 12. So the hardware can support OpenGL ES 3.0+ and Vulkan API.
