Turn off GPU of Haswell/Ivy Bridge

Hi,

In a no-display application, the GPU needs to be completely turned off to reduce power consumption and lower the temperature.
If there is no separate graphics card in the system, shutting down the GPU through the BIOS usually does not work.
However, this information on the Internet is not easy to find. Can you give some information/links in this regard?
The CPU I am using is Haswell & Ivy Bridge.

Thanks!
