Hi,

Windows 11 Pro 64 bit
I7 12700K Alder Lake
Arc A770 LE with driver 31.0.101.4091 whql (also tried with 4032whql, 3034 beta, 4090 beta)
32GB 4000mhz ddr4
Yakuza 0 uses dx11
resolution: 1920x1080

When playing Yakuza 0 the game runs at 28~ fps in the city where you start after the cutscenes and you gain control over the character.
The GPU usage is 30~ % and the fps doesn't change, no matter the CPU of GPU clock speeds, nor does it change with other graphical settings in game. If you turn into an alley of away from everything in the street, the fps and GPU usage rise.

I've seen someone with a 3060Ti @90~% usage run that sequence locked to 60fps on 4k on an i5 11600k, which makes it seem to me that it's more an intel arc driver not liking the game kind of thing.

Edit: Just learned that dxvk is a thing, when using dxvk 2.1 I've got 100+fps and 98% gpu usage in the same area that I've got 28~fps without dxvk
