Hi
Eepromaccesstool 0.7.9 Dump error message "Check command open to write error" appears, (nvidia01-1.jpg)the dumped OTP file is empty 0.
If the flash has the wrong hex file, how to flash back?
Check the document "ethernet-controller-i210-i211-faq.pdf" 2.15 / 2.24. How to change "iNVM word address 0xA, bit 15 is set to 1b"? and Check the document "I211-Ethernet Controller-datasheet.pdf" 3.2.3, How to enable "SECURITY_EN"?
We have tried to pull pin12 down but the result is the same.
After we try to replace nVIDIA NX with nVIDIA Jatson NANO processor, we can successfully flash (nano-01.jpg).
After the community’s private message was updated in July, we did not read any more messages,

hello @idata
Can you help? We follow the suggestions to find Springville product, software/Driver/OS case category and Tool case Subcategory. The closest thing is this community, and it seems that there is no response.

Hi Rchua1,
Thank you for waiting for our update and for sharing the additional information:
While we were checking, these questions came in to mind which will help us find a recommendation for your issue:
- May we know the firmware version that you are updating the network adapter to?
- May we know the model of the board that you are using?
- Is the network cards embedded on the board design?
We look forward to your reply. Should we not get your reply, we will follow up after three business days.

Thanks for your response.
1.i211 only update HEX format file and MAC address, no FW.
2.Carrier board model:EPG.
3.ARM NX PCIE signal to I211 on the carrier board.

Hi @AlfredoS_Intel
Run the eepromaccesstool079 program, and an error message appears (please refer to the attachment nvidia01-1.jpg for the issue on 7/16)
Later, we also tried flash HEX-files, flash MAC, and of course the same error occurred. (nvidia01.jpg)

Hi @AlfredoS_Intel
Are there any updates? We tested that the old nVIDIA processor NANO can be used with i211 to flash normally, and the problem was discovered after replacing the NX launched this year.

hi @CarlosAM_INTEL & @AlfredoS_Intel
We have followed your suggestions, but there is no solution, and july 17 Browse Forums has no suitable place to send flash tool problems.
At the beginning, we asked "Eepromaccesstool 0.7.9 error message" in "Embedded Connectivity", june 19 You sent the letter
"it should be created using the Springville product, Software/Driver/OS Case Category, and Tool Case Subcategory."
We received the letter on july 17 and looked for the closest community.
We follow the suggestions to find Springville product, software/Driver/OS case category and Tool case Subcategory. The closest thing is "Software Products community",
Finally in August 14, the question was transferred to "FPGAs and Programmable Solutions" and now it was transferred back to "Embedded Connectivity",
We don’t know why we switched to "Embedded Connectivity". We can’t transfer this letter. We need to send the question again in "FPGAs and Programmable Solutions"?
