EEPROM Access Tool (V 0.7.9) I211 Flash in UBUNTU18.04 for Tegra (ARM64, r32.4.2, Jetson Xavier NX)

Eepromaccesstool 0.7.9 Dump error message "Check command open to write error" appears, the dumped OTP file is empty 0, the previous OTP burning back will also cause an error.

After the first successful refresh, we will not be able to refresh and change the MAC again.
Check the document "ethernet-controller-i210-i211-faq.pdf"  2.15 / 2.24.
How to change "iNVM word address 0xA, bit 15 is set to 1b"?

Check the document "I211-Ethernet Controller-datasheet.pdf" 3.2.3, How to enable "SECURITY_EN"?
We have tried to pull pin12 down but the result is the same.

  Sorry, after the Community update, the email disappeared.
After we try to replace nVIDIA NX with nVIDIA Jatson NANO processor, we can successfully flash (attached picture).

  Due to the update of the intel community, all messages in private messages disappeared (20200715.jpg).


The same platform/OS uses EEPROM Access Tool (V 0.7.9),
nVIDIA Jetson NANO can be updated. If you change to Xavier NX, an error will occur, where is the problem?
