EEUPDATE on arm64

we are designing a custom board using Nvidia Jetson Orin NX with Intel I210, we currently cannot flash the chip, and the output of lspci says I210 is unprogrammed, can you provide tools like eeupdate/eepromtool/eepromaccess on ARM64 for us to update firmware and mac address, thanks
