ELX550AT MDI Lane Swap

Dear Intel support,

We made Data Logger device with two ELX550AT controllers.

One of them working properly via PCIe x1, and can establish link with LAN network of ~750MB/s. But, second one controller doesn't work.

Both of them have image in FLASH: "dSGVL_B0_AT_SP_SMB_3p15.bin".

Only difference between them is: second one (non working) has MDI Lane swapped (picture in attachment).

I found in datasheet that controller can automatically recognize Lane Swapping. Can you confirm is that true?

Do we need some new/custom FLASH configuration file? If YES, is it possible to make own custom image file for FLASH, and how?
