I want to get an eepromarmtool to configure the I210 NIC ID and mac address used by the arm platform

I want to get an eepromarmtool to configure the I210 NIC ID and mac address used by the arm platform

 

My arm platform is jetson TX2 NX, using a WGI210AT chip, and now I can see that the network controller ID is Intel Corporation Device 1531 (rev 03)
