I210 and I211 Compatability

I plan to support the following on a new PCB.

WGI210ITSLJXT                - Intel® Ethernet Controller I210-IT, -40°C to 85°C, Tray

WGI210ITSLJXS                - Intel® Ethernet Controller I210-IT, -40°C to 85°C, Tape

WGI210ATSLJXQ             - Intel® Ethernet Controller I210-AT, 0°C to 70°C, Tray

WGI210ATSLJXR              - Intel® Ethernet Controller I210-AT, 0°C to 70°C, Tape

and the

WGI211ATSLJXZ              - Intel® Ethernet Controller I211-AT, 0°C to 70°C, Tray

WGI211ATSLJXY              - Intel® Ethernet Controller I211-AT, 0°C to 70°C, Tape

I believe that the only surrounding circuitry that I need to change for the I211 is to disconnect the flash. Is this correct and is there anything else that I need to consider?
