Intel, I am now using i210 to expand the Gigabit Ethernet port, can directly connect the chip's own 1.5V and 0.9V output voltage to 1.5V and 0.9V voltage input?

I am using the I210-IT chip, but the output voltage of 1.5V and 0.9V is always 2V.
