Intel i225-LM/-IT using only 2 MDI pairs for 10/100 speed

Hello,

I'm designing a PCB with the i225 Ethernet controller and was wondering what should be done with any unused MDI pairs in a 10/100 speed design i.e. PU/PD/float? It's an update to an existing design which features the W82574L controller, where MDI0 was Tx, MDI1 was Rx and unused pairs MDI2/MDI3 were pulled up to 1.9V.

I haven't seen anything in the Datasheet, Design Considerations document, Reference Schematic or Design Checklist.
