Looking for BSDL files

We are setting up Boundary Scan on one of our platforms and need of BSDL files for the following:

 

Coffee lake  CPU:    CL8068404164700 SRFEC

Coffee lake PCH:      FH82CM246 SR40E

Powerville I350 :      NHI350AM4 S LJ2Z

 

Where can these be found?
