WGI210 BST infra fail

Hi,

I am trying to make an infra test using JTAG pins (on Corelis software) of 3 WGI210 components in one chain.

The only response that I get is strange triangle wave of the last TDO signal on the chain.

Is there any problem with BST of 210 components?

I saw a question from 2016 in the community about this and than the problem didn't solved in the end.

The developer isn't employed in my compony any more. 

Why this is important for my problem?

We are using WGI210IS S LJXW  with the following bsd file.
