Before we proceed, let me clarify first if you are designing a board or system and trying to install multiple I210 Ethernet card. Please clarify your design or goal on this.

The guidelines stated in the Intel Ethernet Controller I210 [Springville] Dual Design Guide document # 513305 may help with your implementation. This document should be accessible when you are logged into your Resource and Design Center (RDC) privileged account in the following website:
