i210 Internal Resistances and Transient Overvoltage

​The i210 datasheet states that the PHY pins (pins 45-55) have internal termination resistors and I have been trying to figure out what those specific resistances are for my analysis.

 

In the same breath, I have been analyzing the impact of a sinusoidal transient on the  MDIO lines that run to these same pins to ensure this component can survive. The absolute maximum ratings for 3.3V compatible IO is 4V and our sinusoidal transient exceeds that until it decays and returns back to normal 1000BASE-T signaling. Is there a way to look at the maximum transient voltage the Ethernet controller can handle?
