1. get an Embedded Design Center (EDC) Privileged account (if you haven't already)
2. Download the schematics to the Bakersport and BaileyBay reference designs.
3. Download the Bay Trail-I Platform Design Guide
That's where I would start. Once you have a privileged account you can just search on Bay Trail - there are a lot of other supporting docs.
