Atom E3827 FCBGA1170 - Need to produce stencil, gerber?

I need to request some manufacturer to produce stainless steel stencil for the E3827 chip, they require the gerber (holes) file, so they can produce the stencil.  I see the mechanical (package) pinout at the PDF document for the generic Atom E3800 family, but that is not enough.   May be Intel has the mechanical design for the pins, exact pins positions, or even the gerber file for that.

Any help, please?

Thank you.

Hello, @wagnerlip:

Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.

You should review the End of Technical Support for 4th Generation Intel® Core™ Processors and Intel Atom® Processors E38XX and Intel® Celeron® Processors J1XXX and N2XXX provided by the Internet of Things Group (IOTG) letter document # 632552 to have a clear idea of the support situation of the cited processor. You can find it when you are logged into your Resource & Design Center (RDC) privileged account on the following website:

https://cdrdv2.intel.com/v1/dl/getContent/632552

The RDC Account Support form is the channel to process your account update request or report any inconveniences with the provided website. It can be found at:

Thank you Carlos, even that I have registered last month and have userid and password to the Resource & Design Center (RDC), when accessing the link you gave me,

https://cdrdv2.intel.com/v1/dl/getContent/632552

it returns;

Not Authorized to Access

Thank you, hoping to have a solution for this issue.

Just to update the information about this issue.

I submitted the RDC application with the company information and such, after 3 weeks of pure delay (for no reason), they declined to approve my access to the FOOTPRINT OF THE E3827 ATOM PROCESSOR, with the following text, about "Not a Revenue Opportunity for Intel".   I wonder, how the footprint gives a "revenue opportunity"... since 1974 when I started to work at IBM I always had Intel in great respect, what is happening now? They open public all the information about the E3800 processors datasheet in a hundreds of pages PDF file, but a single footprint dimension, depends on "revenue opportunity"?  Somebody is not paying attention on my request.

Good Morning too. Thank you for waiting, and we sincere apologize for the delay of our response since we have coordinated with our team specialist regarding your application to RDC Privileged Access.

We have received an update from them, and we would like to inform you that your RDC Privileged access application was rejected, and you were given a RDC Basic Access.

The reason for the rejection was due to "Not a Revenue Opportunity for Intel".
